lets put back the electoral college that the constitution implemented.

A separate body to "interview" candidates and choose a president, and remove the popular vote for president.

(why doesn't the congress choose a president - because the founders looked at parliament choosing a prime minister and decided they wanted separation from the Legislators choosing the President - and created the "electoral college" with the job to select the president. That president not beholding on the legislature to keep the job.)

"The survivors of pearl harbor" organization was disbanded on the 70th Anniversary by the remaining members. Some are 95 making them 25 at the time - a few younger ones also remain.

The radar operators testing and learning the new equipment decided to use it just a little longer and detected the flight headed toward Hawaii though they gave warning that the planes were coming it was disregarded as a possible malfunction or inexperienced operators.

The housing bubble problems had their genesis during the Clinton era. Mostly when The Congress required the regulator and lenders that they wouldn't discriminate against and/or deny people who couldn't afford to buy property.

It figures ...
The new design definitely favors bottom feeding assholes
and basically outlaws top feeding.

If its fair for a large country to attack small ones regardless of whether its based on NW or LAND it just as fair for the small country to go the other way round.

Large countries should just get more defense if they are afraid of small all jetters - aka just suck it up and grow a pair if the small countries see you as a land farm.

that being said the same applies to bottomfeeding, if you are 4 mil net hitting someone 400k net ur returns will be low compared toif you were in the 350k to 450k range

Explain to me how its Reasonable for this to happen:

player A 300knw B 200knw A attacks B 50knw goes to A and B is reduced by 50knw A is now 350knw and b is 150knw due to new GDI effects B can't retal against A with anything but a SS/PS ... It seems that the best think B can do is go all jetter since he doesn't need any defense because its useless to have your NW tied up in defense -- you have to have large offense to even hope to retal once you return to a size large enough to attack

let me say this new S#!+ sux

I started late built a country ... got LG'd by 3 different countries which conveniently put me in a place out of their GDI range -- IT SUX that YOU CANT EVEN TRY TO RETAL AGAINTS THE ONE THAT HIT YOU -- OR ATTACK EM WITH AN AB/BR to make em pay for stealing ur land.

OH I forgot ... bottom feeding the little guy is ok but - topfeeding is some how unfair -- BS

Pain its like this -- Since you don't Seem to understand
say your 200knw someone 300knw grabs you you go down 50knw and they rise 50knw ur now 150knw tney are 350knw

GDI prevents you from attacking the now more than 2x your size
-- there is no way you can retal till you grow ...
Now imagine that same thing happening several times GDI effectively protects the STEALER of the land as the POOR sap that got attacked has no hope of ever retaling

Specially since the only kind of attack you are allowed is a PS/SS -- in the past one could use a EM or CM even to get them back into your range

It must partly work since having no farms or oil fields make those options not available.

So Primary isn't supposed to be much different to tourney?
What is the true purpose of Primary ?

If its not to sort of foster new players who might want to play together but aren't ready or have too small number to play in alliance?

MB are at odds while mil tech now actually makes more sense.

since MB's lower the cost to buy but also lower the sell price on the private market

where Mil tech reduces the cost and increases the sell price (makes them closer together so a Demo with lots of mill tech can both by at a lower price and sell at a higher price on the privet market)

Since teching is the only turn-type based bonus that doesn't work as a "Block" submit Pleas do something about this situation

(using round numbers for ease of example)

700tpt 10% bonus =770

start tech batch for 7700

turn 1 770
turn 2 660 attack lowers tpt to 600 presume w/bonus 660
turn 3 660
turn 4 550 attack lowers tpt to 500 presume w/bonus 550
turn 5 550
turn 6 440 attack lowers tpt to 400 presume w/bonus 440
turn 7 440
turn 8 440
turn 9 440
turn 10 440
turn 11 400
turn 12 400
turn 13 400
turn 14 400
turn 15 400
turn 16 310

Situation uses up 6 extra turns not accounted for
best solution ... Teching stops if attack occurs
