I have not made any Attacks at all. Yet when I click on "Join GDI" nothing happens. No loading page, nothing.

And this bottom feeding is really pissing me off...

Will someone please fix this. I'd really like to join GDI so 40mil NW countrys cannot hit my small ass country 2-3x's per day.

You cannot join GDI because you've made over a dozen attacks during the set. The rules and purpose of GDI in primary is different from other servers. I suggest carefully reading the GDI page.

If you get farmed, and you retal back, you are no longer allowed to join GDI for the rest of the set?

That sounds pretty retarded. And explain why I can't join GDI after a dozen retals, yet the guy that farmed everyone and is now at 60k acres is in GDI?

Something isn't right with this GDI system.
