Many fear the virus has a much higher mortality rate than official reports suggest. This could be fear-mongering and babbage or justifiable precautionary mindsets. I cannot speculate/comment any further as I truly don't know.

Well I can't remember if there were 2-4 different categories..

I know there was a separate deal for Active/Harmful Ops. I can't recall how the 4 'Normals' were split.. 1/3, 2/2, or as a single Passive group.
