Galleri helps whoever she wants to, she knows that she can help if she wanted to help. And she knows that she wont help if she doesnt want to. The amount of helping is directly tied to galleris 'give-a-fluffs' level on any given day. Sometimes if you send her Avocados (from Mexico) then she will pitty you just enough to consider helping. When that doenst work you just send more Avocados until you tip the scales enough to win. Now for you marshal I think you'd have to send about all of the avocados -- in the known universe -- to tip the scales but for TL I'd say maybe a few thousand kilograms would work.
