Exactly, but they will be declaring war in defense of instead of policing.

declaring war is declaring war, it happens all the time where a clan is on even grounds and another alliance jumps in to FS the other clan(Thats usually how a server war breaks out). The clan receiving the FS can call in an ally in defense of, but not use police to kill a clan that clearly made a war declaration.

That is pretty bad considering I didn't bother to get an OP until after I posted on the boards about the farming... I immediately just sent 1 jet PS's and SS's

I would 1 jet PS someone who has that name anyday to be honest... if I get through then awesome, otherwise it would give me the slaughter message... how hard is that?

Ah I get it. I think they should do something with the game code to show that you cannot get into GDI then. I didn't get into GDI pre attacking(I heard about the double tap rule so I was going to do single taps) but I tried to get into it awhile later and it still said "join GDI". I clicked and it would basically refresh the page without an error telling me what I was doing wrong.

maybe not first to 100m nw, it would take 30 minutes to get 100m nw with unlimited turns :P

Maybe set a time such as 3 days like express and see how it ends. Would be nice to see what kind of LGing could go on. Also take out special attacks so if people want to war they can landkill, land is still being generated around the server and is not wasted on that dead country.

I like that idea, mainly because its an *IF* country profile is public.

It might also level a playing field where someone can have a look at a good country runner and see who to get tips from.
