Those date back years. The latter ones are more relevant to what this is today. They are titled differently but you will know youre in the right places when there is fluff talking, crying, hearts on sleeves, threats of rage quitting, rage quitting, moral lessons and accusations of cheating with administration investigations leading to deletions.

I'm glad this community could come together on this issue. I think this will improve the game tremendously.

War shouldn't be bitter grudge match that causes people to quit playing. It should be a fun competition where the best win in a far and equitable manner.

We can go on and throw around trash that all alliances have done in the past because every alliance has some dirt on their hands. But the only way to move forward is to forget that and improve the game.

I think this accomplishes all the above goals. Well done CC and whoever else cooked this up.

You've earned my respect.

I personally don't give a damn about the non-signing alliances celestia. The pact will certainly be cleaned up more in future versions. Not perfect for sure but it was a really good start.

So if i understood what i just read this agreement applies to everyone on the server regardless of if they approve and is enforced by the signees.

Assuming my above statement is correct why have no actions been taken for eaow against untags. Although many untags bring it on themselves and the suicide tag rules may apply there are also multiple instances where untags clearly did nothing to initiate aggresion yet the offending alliance/country faces no recourse for launching 5+ landgrabs (often at once let alone a 48hr span) which according to the agreement is an eaow.

The thing is about to expire Yeti. It achieved its end in that the major clans broke out of their repetitive cycle of warring and, despite its flaws, did little damage. The half hearted attack on the maggots was daft and resented for a time but had a good effect in that it (temporarily I suspect) pulled iMag back from the brink of extinction.

If it should be thought necessary to extend the thing (and my guess is that no-one any longer has any strong interest in brokering that) it would be a good idea to simplify the thing just to set out that none of the major clans will launch a FS against another for some specified period and if this is breached the offender will be gang banged by the others.

OMGORZ, the community has finally completely lost it's collective minds.

This changes nothing in the final tally.

Pretty Stupid way to fix a non-problem. I strongly suspect that the origin of this dumbass idea had to come from some guy who plays like an asshole who got suicided on by an upstart tag who's members he abused a few sets ago who finally banded together to hand him his dignity in a paper bag.
