I just bought a house in The Vancouver area last year... It is more insane here than anywhere. When the average home price is at $1,000,000, there is something wrong. Most everything is bought up by rich Asians. My home city of Richmond used to be farmland and single family homes. now all the homes are bought up knocked down and these monster mansion homes get built, and everything else is towers and asian malls with no English signage at all anymore. You ever see lambo's and farrari's with new driver stickers on the back? Yeah there's lots of money floating around this city.
