I agree with Popcom. NBK/SF was about as fair as they get too, especially with NBK having the FS to even out some of the numbers.

with this and when we dow pan/focus, thats twice we took on a much larger opponent, i think CC/aodt may have had 1 or 2 war where they were bigger but i cant rmemeber, been to many :P
but anyway, point is im fairly sure we are the only clan willing to fight an uphill battle instead of a war we think we are going to win for sure.

IMP went after a bigger TKO just last set. Our one war with PANLV they were #1 total nw when we FSed them. Hell, we even FSed LaE outnumbered 4 to 1.

Well it's not to even anymore. CM stock taking it's toll. We (IMP) would have been a lot better off w/o wasting so many missles and oil/bushel stock on Mercs. But then again, there would not be a war without the fight w/ Mercs. Been fun tho, i've killed 7 and lost 4. :)

That the one that got really weird and messed up, where we had issues with Swords, then KA decided to jump in on our killruns on Swords, which prompted you guys to jump in?

Or was that a different one?

If it's the one I'm referring to, I dunno that I'd really consider it a war. Swords got decimated, you guys killed a couple dozen of ours, then it looked like it'd get ugly and we pretty much called the whole thing off.

Case in point: IMP is pacted to over 10 alliances on this server. We only pursued two of those. Food for thought.

They could be, but they aren't. One of them was arranged last set with TKO as a war term. The rest were signed before or right at the start of this round. FoCuS was the only pact we signed well after the round began. And there are 2 post-war DNH's that I'm not even counting.

And your last sentence is exactly the point I am attempting.

Hmmm... I'll believe you if you're sure, but I'd be surprised if we were #1 at the time, considering LaE was still around at that point and pretty much had a choke hold on the #1 spot for awhile. Like I said, I'll believe you if you're sure though.

We were pretty terrible at war back then though, and you guys definitely did spank us pretty bad before we called FoCuS in (although I would argue since it was SoF + IMP vs. PANLV, it was a 2 on 1 prior to that). Not that I'm trying to rehash arguments that are about 6-7 sets old by this point though.

That's really the only thing I can say that was good for the two NBK wars. We got a lot better as a clan at warring because of those two wars.

Actually when you killed my first country I mass FA'd it up to 6mil networth 5 minutes after it left protection (Full SDI). You guys let it survive long enough to get some land.

It's not really hard to FA your countries up when they're only being killed 1 per day :P

*EDIT* I'm not saying you guys aren't killing alot of countries, just saying mine are fairing pretty well so far ;)
