Again, before someone posts me asking for proof, I have none. There is no way to get proof from someone safelisting and living with their "brother" unless you see it in person. They have been deleted before but reinstated because all it takes is a simple appeal to say you didn't mean to fluff up and hit the same target as your multi. I have done it before with safelistees before because there were about 10 of us telus users that shared the same IP in EE on cell phones.

Very easy to abuse the safelist system, and Donny has been doing it for quite awhile.
