He's not a multi. I spoke with him during the war we had... he joined the tag with the multi runner with promises of netting. He got dragged into the war with us. After the multis were deleted, he got killed, restarted in hopes that he could escape his tag (he couldn't) so he decided to just play it out and mess around.

Unless I'm naive in believing him. The multi runner was only two countries according to admin.

besides, precedents are technically set with each decision. keep track of whos reported for what and whether they turn purple or not. if not I can get away with it myself in the future.

right now that country not being deleted is telling me I can one hit snipe with no fear of anything happening to me. if you look at my stats you'll see I really like doing that and was told not at all when the new rules showed up. now untagged countries have no rules protection beyond coordination. closest I come to coordination is using #team and have 5c and 10c highlights although they haven't been used lately.

hope that gives you some insight on why I really care about lines being set :)

maybe you (elvesrus) should be a mod! unless you want to work out the identity of #97 to see why he's got it in for you guys. Since he is a restart he wouldnt really be in any position to make a good FA effort... and any FA sent could be traced pretty easily using earthgraphs and nw change. they timestamp every nw change up or down... the math should add up if you want to find your smoking gun.

It's peculiar that 97 made a single hit here and didnt carry on. Was he just looking for the cherry pick or were they coordinating? Mayhaps they play together in Alliance and know each other for real. The correlation is difficult to prove actually. and i dont see any evidence of FA exchanging hands based on the earthgraphs nw history:
