GDI in primary and express works the same way so it's a good investment to actually read the text and learn what GDI does so you can use it to your advantage instead of having it used against you only. Go to main menu and press GDI, then read. You can do the same on tournament as GDI there has another function.

regardless of "GDI" And independent of "GDI". Why does attempting to utilize the "Declare War" feature result in an error message?

Mister Ed if you are in express and primary and can't hit back because of GDI its because you are using the wrong attack and have not read how GDI works. If you are in tournament and can't hit back its just to declare war.

I'm in primary and when I try to declare war it says an error has occured

Get rid of GDI and all aspects of it in the game in every server. I'm tired of being sneak attacked and when I try to retail against the offender I get a message that GDI authority won't let me. This has been a problem for years, it sucks, please get rid of it.

See I didn't know WHAT the divisions were, how many there were, which one OMA was in, WHO leadership was and therefore didn't know who/how to contact. There were some pages that I had to "accept" before getting to the LaF page and one of those pages said who it was but once I accepted-the pages were gone and I could never find them again. I'm not angry or upset. We are, after all, one big happy earth empires family who happen to be trying to outdo each other and just waiting for the other to make a wrong move so we can annihilate them.

Somebody earlier attacked me because they thought I was a restart of a country that had straight up hated on them. He figured out it wasn't me. When I asked him how he said it was from "estats " which of course I have no clue what that is or how to even nderstand it. A central Facebook page where detailed information can be given and a page admin willing to use Facebook messenger to interact and answer in real time would be very beneficial.

The best way to get more players is to create an official Facebook page for the earth empires alliance server. Do THAT and watch the page get a couple thousand followers in no time. Whomever has the power/authority to create an "official" Facebook page for earth empires alliance server- please do so and then post the link here.

So I had 816,665 Bushels of food. I teched for a number of turns. At no time during the teching did it show a drought or anything to make me lose bushels of food. But at the end of those turns it showed me as having 809,665 bushels of food. A loss of exactly 7,000 bushels. This is on the alliance server. Does anybody know what's going on?

Well just speaking in terms of making an interesting dynamic. Perhaps it could be added to the Alliance Server to allow us to sell missiles on the market-but just for one or two rounds of the game to see how it works out. IF it creates too much havoc it could always be removed.
