#90 finds the secret guy to landfarm and attacks him 18 times and eats 0 missiles, #23 hits that guy twice and eats 19 missiles. And you looked at it and decided it checked out? Why would anyone ever multi-tap a guy with the word "retal" in his username that has 10+ missiles, if it's not coordinated? How many buildings got blown up here? It better be 5000+. At least it looks like LATC is going to make sure #90 doesn't get away with it.

I will say Serp, you've made your own dirty hits this set, but you were right on the money with #269.

How was my hits dirty? Only person it was dirty against was qwertyh. He went 100% turrets so I'd have time to find a new ally. He had double my D when he stopped playing. I figured as soon as herbs sees his inactivity he'll jump all over it. So I went all jet to make the absolutely massive PS per day before herbs got it. I had no D ally and was 2:1 jets. That was a risk for topfeeds, and a risk that qwertyh would log in and bust me up. It's not like I asked for permission or something. I had to play the risk to try to catch up to herbs. Herbs found a different well to drink from though.

I'll explain it to you:

Because the other guys you've multitapped were all near 1/4th your NW so it was easy to grow out of their range.. EXCEPT #296, who has been in your range for 14 days and had 19 missiles sitting there. He also has a HUGE SPAL so getting an op on you wouldn't have been hard. A normal country would have noticed your 0 SDI and fired at you, just like #8, the only other guy who had a chance to be in range, did.

Also kind of weird that #90 comes on around 03:06 last night, plays a few turns to do the retal, done around 03:11. #269 who was already on from 23:31-00:36 then has activity around 03:16 and 03:21 and then also nothing. What'd he do? Run a few useless ops like SR on #90 to up his spy DR?

Oh wait there's more weird stuff going on. #191, my D ally, gets deleted AGAIN for who knows what at 02:56, 5 minutes before #90 retals me. Lot easier not having to send ~4m extra jets huh?

1) Why was herbs deleted again?
2) Why #90 happens to retal me RIGHT after the deletion? It almost seems like he knew it was gonna happen..

If #269 isn't doing bomb structures on #90, then they should both be deleted (there goes the military prices).

At the very least, galleri and/or martian need to explain this one. What 'retals' is #296 doing on #90? If it is nothing less than bomb structures ESPECIALLY AS THEY ARE BOTH CIs, then I call BS here.

I always say it is better to have a good player be a mod. This run of the mill players/mods can be very easily fooled.

I'm deleted for the same offenses as before. No new ones, nothing of an overrule by anyone else. It seems there are chat logs floating around about that player and me cordnating or something along those lines. I don't know not have an explanation for you this time Crest as to what they are or what was said.

I just know recently that I have became a joke on irc for all of this and have been getting bugged over it. I have a feeling somehow this all came around to back to me cheating like a mad man this set.

Meh is all I can say now as I have lost all care now to this set and primary. This set is a waste of time now and a complete joke.

I stand by my earlier comments I made in regard to this. And have nothing more to say on it. Besides think what you want but I don't for 1 second feel this is correct or even slightly justified.

It's good to see Mod intervention into this game but when on the receiving end it doesn't seem so good.

Ok, I’m here to answer all the questions that everyone has been waiting for.

I run #90.

Firstly, I have never coordinated anything between myself and #269 or any other players, I have never instructed him/her to do anything to anyone. If you consider exchanging a few messages regarding cf in-game is deletable, then yes I should be deleted. But this is a game of war and I believe that if either party feels like if it is not beneficial for one another to continue whatever they are doing, they should be given a choice to make peace with each other. I sent a message to both #8 and #269 when they started retaling me.

When I first farmed #269, he had only 1 EM. 0% warfare, low jets, low turrets, no def allies or only 1. My last op on him was on the 10th with 1 NM/ 6 CMs and a few EMS, some warfare, higher jet count but low turrets still. Obviously he was looking to do some retaliation.

#269 initially did a couple of tech stealing which I didn’t mind. But after a few days, when he bombed my structures, yes he really did bombed my buildings, for about 1,900 acres. I lost 16 bpt within that few ops. Why do you think I’m only on 82 bpt now, 83 before LATC hit me. I told #269 I would not farm him anymore and he will never see my name on his news anymore. That’s all. Nothing else was said(mods can check in-game messages I suppose). Likewise, #8 retalled me with some missiles and sent a message saying ‘are we continuing or what?’ during our conflict. Obviously I said I would be happy to stay out of your way and go on our separate ways since I wanted to net, and we did. Whatever #269 wanted to do with his country was not in my control. Why he topfed #73 for no reason was also a question mark to me. #73 wasn’t exactly a big competitor to me(no offense). Of course he continued stealing tech from me after a few days, I didn’t catch him but I believe it’s him and chose to ignore it.

In regards to what LATC said,
I have multi-tapped at least 18 different countries, and actually 5 countries, including #269 that was within range of me, if I didn’t jump 14m nw to retal you.

Primary is a slow moving game, 48 turns/day. Most people login once a day, it’s quite common to have people logging once a day at the same time of the day, that doesn’t mean they are ran by the same person. Besides if you look, you’ll see that #269 logs in about 12am GT and I do about 2-3am GT or some random times when my timing screws up because of my sleep.

I took a spy on allies on you before retalling you. Herbs was one of your ally, I know he has been reinstated recently, so I took a spy on his country without checking the scoreboards and included his def into the retal. Just happen so he was deleted 5 mins before my retal. I was actually spying on a dead country and included his def together with yours when I made the retal.

Having said all these, haters gonna hate. I may be eating a few PS, I may attract some attention here and get myself into a situation I wouldn’t want to be. I may even get deleted for in-game agreements. But this is just a text –based game, stop crying and whining. The game has changed, no more 1 PS per country for a sure win game. Making good target selection between countries that retals you or not plays a part too(i.e rainbow countries, inactive countries, countries without warfare/tanks, countries that do not have a history of doing special attacks) Just because herbs, serp and myself were getting ‘free’ land, you people called us dirty and accused us, not considering all the risks we faced while multi-tapping.

I spied #269 on the 16th. He had 16 missiles and no warfare tech (<10k points). You're saying he made 15 missiles in 12 days without warfare tech?

That sounds like it's about 10 fluffing ops, haha. I'll just say flat out, I don't believe you. I don't believe this is above board. We are talking about a guy with a 500 SPAL here. You are completely at his mercy. You attacked him 18 times and he does about half that many bomb structures back at you?

Why would someone bomb strucuts just 10-15 times after getting farmed 19x over 8 days and then agree to a CF. #269 clearly has no intention of netting, and if he did, he certainly knew there was no point after getting hit 19x by the same guy..

And h2o, I multitap ppl every set too, I know how to pick them too. #269 was a hard op to get and I did get one from just before you started farming him. He wasn't that turret light at that point and wasn't worth the risk of multitapping due to the # of spies he had as well as land/CI's/NW (and given the # of spies you have I don't know why you would think he was a good farm target). So why did he decide to start producing jets only, sell off a bunch of turrets, and then get farmed by you?

Furthermore, on the 10th you said he had 9+ missiles, but you were still hitting him on the 11th and he chose not to fire any of those at you? But he fires 19 at me over 1000 measly acres? Doesn't line up.

No one's crying here, don't try to distract this w/ that crap line. Crying is when ppl whine about doing things that are within the rules of the game but are 'unethical'. What people want to know is if you broke any rules farming a guy 19x for 9k+ acres and hardly getting anything done back to you. You know damn well 9k free acres on this server basically means a layup win.

Maybe the mods can tell us who #269 is or what alliance he plays for and we can put all this to bed.

What alliance someone plays for has no bearing on this server tbh. But I will say as far I know this guy doesn't play in the same alliance as h20rich. And no I cannot tell you who plays 269. Would you like it if we gave out your country number ;)

Martian already told me to shut down this thread because of the whole griping about 269/90, I didn't and probably won't shut it down because it your monthly chat thread. And I am not that fluffish. So basically since martian has already made the final call as the head mod, drop it....it is not going to change. ;)

h2o - the reason why everyone is irritated is because of the amount of tech lost to #269. We're getting hit a lot more than you when you've gotten almost 10k acres off him. His actions are irrational here, which is what started this discussion. I know luck can't be explained, but even so, it's a tad too ridiculous.

I'm guessing that what happens with a big SPAL and nothing else to do. A product of farming

oldman, all you have to do is ask #269 to stop and he will because:

1) If h2o was being honest, then keeping with his character, #269 is a really great guy who will stop as long as you ask.

2) If h2o was lying, then #269 has to stop if you ask in order to make it seem like that's what he did with h2o.

You know what's weird, I asked #269 for a CF and he said ok, that's what he did w/ #90 to get him off his back. And then asked if I could imagine 10-15 espionages a day.

Kind of funny how he brought up his CF with #90 even though I didn't mention it at all, and then played dumb bringing up the useless espionage fact. It's almost like he was trying to reiterate h2o's story..

- food price is going up and have been $40 for very long, so a stocking techer would have gotten lots of cheap food before the surge.

Anyone notice #73/#132?

#73, Pond Scum, gets hit by topfeed from #269 (58 day retal window idiot). Two days later, #73 pays it forward by topfeeding #132 (Undisclosed Desires). #132 ends up gaining 1400 land after ghosts in his retal, but is still annoyed enough to hit back a second time. And now it's war, although #73 seems to have had no missiles and has been turned away on his last two PS attempts. But anyway, I feel like there may be some grudges behind the scenes going on here, something under the surface.

#132 has been stealing tech from me just like #269. i figured #269 aint worth my time so i went for #132 instead. :D
