Every time I click play/create countries from the main login portal it just reroutes me back to the original http://www.earthempires.com page

You need cookies to be able to get into the game though, if you can get into the game, you can play FFA in theory

try logging into portal and then going to:

http://ffa.www.earthempires.com/mainffa

clicking on that link or just typing it in just takes me to http://www.earthempires.com/ again..

I can login to every other server fine:S

for others who may have similar problems -> flushing the dns cache + clearing cookies caused it to work

Depending on your flavor of OS and FireFox you can do this by going to Clear Private Data.

For anyone like myself who doesn't like taunting the nscd daemon.

I can't login to Express from my iPhone. All of the other servers work. Ive cleared and reset everything that I know how to and it still doesn't work.

Same thing happened to me on an IPad. Go into you settings, tap safari, and you will be able to clear everything.

Hopefully I will be able to use this to get the 2 points for the second bonus that I miss out on 75% of the time.

Oh, there's a thread on this...

Using Chrome, go Option -> Under The Hood -> Clear Browsing Data

And for what its worth, I hadn't visited the site in 6 months or so and was able to get to every server except alliance.

And, Monsters, do not forget to specify, when time and place shall serve, that I am an ass.

Still can't login to Express server via iPhone 3G. I cleared everything in Safari. Only solution was to download Opera and play that way.

I've tried flushing dns and changing browser and clearing cookies but it's still not working. I can log in but after 10 seconds i get logged out and auto directed to http://www.earthempires.com start page. It's working from other computers though...

I don't know if this qualifies, but often I will find myself shown as not logged in to the forums even when the portal page is fully operational.

I can still play turns on any of the servers, but if I want to post on the forums I have to log out and then back in.

No big deal, but maybe there is an easy fix?
