Thank you Vet's for your service. Freedom is not free but requires many sacrifices of those who serve or served.

Memorial day is not Veterans Day. Memorial day is supposed to be a day of mourning the sacrifice of the dead. Not celebrating the living Veterans. I don't mean to come off wrong, but as a living veteran, I should never hear you thanking me on a memorial day. It's a day to remember and honor the dead service members.

Do as I say, not as I do.

I honor my fallen comrade I lost in my platoon in 2006 Specialist Manuel J Holguin from Woodlake California and two others from my company I honor Sgt. Devora and SFC Clay. That is who I honor on Memorial Day. Thank you for your sacrifice brothers.

Karnage is correct but I think bru's heart was in the right place so don't rip him too hard guys.

You should thank a vet everyday not just on one day of the year btw ;-)

Also I am disgusted by how everyone tries to profit from memorial day (retail sales).
