4L of coke would be 135fl oz so would be 382.5mg of caffeine

That's four cups of coffee. that's all you drank, the equivalent of four cups of coffee. What you are feeling now is probably the massive sugar shock from drinking so much artificial brown carbonated fructose syrup beverage

because the caffeine content i got for Coke came in fl oz, but you were talking in liters.

you will also never get coffee anywhere that has less caffeine content than a coke, unless it's decaf. just no way.

i much prefer second cup. tims because there's one on every corner, is about the only thing going for them.
although i am a big fan of their canadian maple donuts. and their chicken noodle soup is, i find, fantastic.
