How does GDI work exactly?

I'm getting hit repeatedly by someone who should be too large to hit me. This guy is nearly 4 times my size. Isn't GDI supposed to protect you against opponents twice your size?

GDI works different in different servers.

for servers such as 1a, team and tourney, GDI protects you by forbidding someone half or double your size(nw) to hit/op you.

for servers such as express and primary, GDI protects you from special attacks/ops from people that you have not doubled tapped.

If #99 has hit you multiple times, you can do harmful spy ops such as stealing his cash/stealing his food/stealing tech/bombing buildings/ you can even do special attacks like GS or BR or AB or even send missiles down his way! But be aware that once you have done one attempt of these special ops/attacks, you'll be opened up to similar attacks.

Since he broke GDI I'd grab lots of warfare tech and missiles away!!

cannon has good idea but sadly it takes a while to get missiles.

produce spies and bomb his buildings daily ;) he will beg you to stop
