So what your saying is its ok for alliances to have allys with alliances, but in reality its not cause your banning it?

on team server you can. There's nothing against having DNH with another tag or refusing to ever war them. you just can't jointly attack the same tag. You are defeating the intention of the server.

On ALLIANCE server (and FFA) you can get 100 players, each with their own tag, together and beat up on whomever you want.

But you knew this already.
