we have whined about sdi's missile blocking ability since ........ sometimes few % sdi stops most missiles and sometimes 80%+ doesn't block missiles at all.

If you go Demo you can get your SDI up to 99%.

Not really. You can test on your own in alphaffa, which I have done. 98.9% you'll have one get through every 20-200 missiles.

EDIT: I just tested this myself, launched 300 missiles, 7 got through. Clearly a conspiracy.

The old 2 bil bug, you could spend 200 missiles a second

you can test it as much as you want since it depends on luck (what numbers dice rolls), i've seen ~0% sdi stopping ~half amount of missiles fired and ~70% letting most thru.

Pretty sure i read/saw some where that even with a 80% sdi its based off a single missile defend turn and you cant really say 6/10 were blocked. Each defend has a 80% to block the attack. Given the luck bonus, that alot of people use when warring, increases the odds that one goes through, if the aggressor has it.
