sometimes when I login i get free turns for not playing for xxx hours, how does it work? 10 hours 3 turns 20 houra 6 rurns 30 hours 9 turns etc?

12 hours is 3 turns
18 hours is 6 turns

for casher either turns or resource decay (building cost might be good if plans to have fluffload of acres) and each bonus has max +/- 100%.
