You see those countries in the top10? Don't hit them.

You see those countries not in the top10? Hit them one time only. Unless you're looking for war, then of course farm them until your country gets flattened.

If you see the following words in a country name make sure that you stay far far away from that country. Words to look for: WoG, Super, Fly, I, and R.

I only say to stay away cuz that guy loves crushing people that are silly enough to hit him...
