yeah. So basically according to SCOTUS, in the US, if you aren't allowed to buy a politician your free speech is being infringed.
This reminds me of the comical board game Junta :P
Luckily in my neck of the woods the supreme court rejected this argument (as in most democratic countries in the world) :P That's not to say that politicians aren't bought. It's just harder and when you get busted it tends to be all bad.
