Additional tactical capabilities. Some of the systems can be installed in seconds - depending on what you need from them. You could theoretically "drop" your pistol into the frame after removing the upper slide, and turn it into a rifle. Longer barrels, additional sites, lighting options, etc.

For my 1911 - If I take the top slide off, I can have a short barrel rifle with dual side rails, a top rail, and run a dual drum magazine....

You essentially get a small rifle that utilizes your standard pistol ammunition, but giving you higher accuracy and more options.

It's possible to mount CS/Bang/Whatever launchers on these units.

Not 100% sure on this, but I believe that's the kind of gun that shoots bullets. Can someone confirm?

but honestly, after a very close examination, i think it is some sort of SCAR.

further to this, they were already photographed with confirmed FN SCAR 17s so it is very likely they photo above is combat barrel scar modded.

as for the ejection port, i'm seeing it in the same place as it should be on any fn scar combat barrel. same with the mag bro.

and finally, a contact in the state dept said it should be on all accounts an FN SCAR.
could be wrong but seems that way. what photo of SCARs are you looking at?

Rome is overpowered. They need to buff the Spartans or at least give them a way to add onto the elite unit limits.

Rome is OP but also boring. Politics are still broken and unfinished in the game.

Playing an eastern/successor faction is pretty fun though. Pontus and Parthia are really interesting :) Also, I love that the big dogs always get torn apart by smaller AI when you're not playing as them. Carthage dies super early.
