It was kind of a douchey way for Pebkac to handle it though.

There's a reason you have police, and it's so that they can retal for you. If TKO hit you once, I don't think it's some giant conspiracy to try to help out IFU or to try to target clans at war.

They hit. They got retalled by your police. Case closed (well, probably, anyway).
