In your opinion. If I attack someone and the other country makes 2 failed attempts to retal me and then 1 successful one, do you consider that 1 retal or 3?

A DH is is still a retal attempt. So he failed retal and double tapped you on top of it.

If you hit him back, you are open to special attacks. You have two options:

1: let it go.
2: farm him then take him out first. Then your netting is over.

if the first one didn't work out, i guess there's no shame in trying again...that's unless the second one doesn't work out either

I always get a good laugh out of people that try to enforce their own crazy set of playing rules against me....lol.
