If a country attacked you twice, will you be able to retal (PS/SS) twice without triggering ability to do ABs, GSs?

You can just attack once and be done with it, attack twice and risk a war, or just ab him right away. Hehe pareho ta problema bai, na lg ko twice..

I dont want to go all ape on that fluff who double tapped me. I can get 4x the land on a single retal anyway.

DR is messed up. Im not claiming #53 abused anything but he got GS'd 35 times and now has 25k land with low d but there's no point in anyone attacking him.

That'll happen with fail runs. Oh well, bad set i guess. Was bored and went oiler this set, that was a huge no-no!

Time to hit 53 with some Bomb Banks and Commit Espionage!

1) accumulate max turns, start the game slowly
2) get land fat with low nw, so that people keep hitting you
3) on 2nd last day of reset, start using all your turns, get as much land as possible. People won't hit you cos of your insane DR, and those who do take barely anything
4) profit

I'm pretty sure that some countries use this method to abuse the DR mechanism. Don't even need proper defense because you lose barely anything when hit.
