I failed 5x spy ops on a dead country.

Shouldnt that be disallowed?

why? dead has still its spies and spal even those can't be used anymore.

i suppose. though i think it might be a bit easier to get an op than to steal the tech. I'm not even sure that they allow tech to be stolen anymore.

What they need to make are dead country that are contaminated with disease, when you spy, LG, use special attacks, or steal from them you get a minimum of 15 bio attacks on your country exponentially increasing from there. Then open up anything goes to dead countries. I would love to see countries wither away and just decompose on themselves.
