I'm fixin to turn an entire deer into jerky. I really should have checked our freezer capacity before hunting season. Oh well, my boys will plow through all of the jerky by spring break if they find it.

Are you turning a mule deer, white tail, elk, moose, was it a buck or a doe? Did you at least take out the loins from it? I find making jerky expensive as making sausage out of It maybe even more.

I used to love jerky, but after three and a half years of working in a warehouse with 10,000 - 12,000 pallets of it, and the ability to buy it for cheap I no longer care for it. For a little bit more insight into what I am talking about here is a very small sample of some of the corporate wear I have purchased from my employer.

It has now been over six months since I last bought jerky. Six more months and I might actually start to miss it.

you had to buy those from your employer? we get given stuff like that all the time!
