if you kill them, they lose out on at least 100 turns played

with the restart bonuses I think they are trying to cripple the countries instead of killing it and letting them restart with a good economy. That is all assuming that they wont be able to hit while the rebuild tho, otherwise it backfires.

I would rather get the kill tho ;)

if it was a single country server i could see the reasoning

even before this restart stuff, if i got AB'd it wouldnt stop me from hitting with it
