CC did NOT ask LAB to hit. We are Allies, but we did NOT ask them to hit.

It was our fault for getting caught with our pants down I honestly didnt think, after all of the stuff last set with you guys not backing out because you wanted to pile on and bury us, then once we were tagkilled and 1/3 your size with no originals, refusing to fight us alone, I didnt think you had the balls to hit us 1 v 1, especially with the very little war prepped countries you have on hand.

I have been pretty much unreachable last couple weeks with RL stuff so we got a little lazy but we certainly didnt ask them to hit.

LAB declared war w/o being called in by their ally. Police can do EVERYTHING about it. You can't just go attacking clans at war b/c you post a DoW.

Well you can do whatever you want technically :)

I just wish we had called in NBK/XI to stomp them last set instead of giving them the time of day thinking they were actually an alliance. Lesson learned.

I doubt they have any ally who would be willing to jump and make it 3v2 if it becomes a 2v2.

Exactly, but they will be declaring war in defense of instead of policing.

declaring war is declaring war, it happens all the time where a clan is on even grounds and another alliance jumps in to FS the other clan(Thats usually how a server war breaks out). The clan receiving the FS can call in an ally in defense of, but not use police to kill a clan that clearly made a war declaration.
