It ain't all that.

I like it for the facial recognition/retina display as well as the enhanced keyboard.

Did have a boot issue, screen glitch when not plugged into the proprietary charger... Etc, you name the glitch my phones done it

Adama from what I understand the razrs are receiving the cleanest version of ics out. Screw bloatware. The benchmark increased, plus a bunch of extras just for the razr.

root your phone, and you possibly could already have ics :P

warranty issue, call tech support, tell them it auto turns off, they'll send another one before you're off the phone... seriously.

voiding the warranty is a terrible idea, if you want to root a phone, use a phone already out of warranty that you bought used or something.

I'm on my 4th Razr Maxx. First one had the issue where the speaker doesn't always work (its a design flaw with the phone. The speaker is connected by just contact, not wires). Second one, mic didn't work so no one could hear me talk. Third, I couldn't even activate because the 4G LTE SIM card wouldn't stay in. Fourth one is having the same speaker problem as the first one. The only solution to this, really, is to push/rub on the back of the phone right by the speaker to restore contact.

I could send this one back again, but its just going to eventually have the same problem until Motorola fixes the design

Besides all of that, love the phone. The batter life is amazing. I got ICS on Friday and am really liking all of the improvements.

nandroid it, and theyll never know the difference. gotta be smart. you can also flash to stock rom.

The stock ics will be coming with features that the current rooted ics won'doesn't have. I'll wait
