in Evo's defense they aren't war prepped... they were set up for netting this set, as a netter i know how piss weak their countries are in comparison to what they could have been.

But i agree, by LaFs definition that was fair. And in case you havent noticed, there are deeper issues than a "Fair" war here. But of course, locket has been known to see things differently, aka i think you're a joke.

Kill runs have been so fast (1 or 2 minutes for a kill) that there are few ways that I can imagine for a player to stonewall.

(1) Person already is online by the time the kill run starts.
(2) The player doing spy ops for the warchat leader fails one or more of them and the kill run takes a few minutes to start after that, giving time for the people on the other side that have tag control to see the failed spy op to call the potential target to stonewall.
(3) warchat leaders post the kill target several minutes before the kill run starts, and a spy leaks that to the enemy.
(4) plain old babysitting.
