Try clearing your cookies, see what happens. I don't have that problem, haven't heard anything from anyone else.

This happens whenever someone's country with auto-upload enabled to Boxcar performs a spyop, or self-uploads his op. The EE servers hang for 30 seconds trying to upload to Boxcar and fail, and everyone else gets a busy request error.

people still use boxcar? I refuse to join any alliance that uses it, but to be fair I am a lazy ass old player that just pops in every couple of weeks to make a random comment, and refuse to join almost any clan!
