We should not have hit CC whatsoever when we were NOT the police. On hindsight we should have volunteered to be the police, with the attacking tag only having a few dozen countries, but no one expected someone to blatantly FA to outside their tag to a clan in a war. In that case we would have killed all countries involved in said FA. We did not state we were policing, that I regret as we should have.

Combine that with the fact Donny did it to Popcom a while back with chems, and a bit of bad blood, that I apoligise for us not being able to leave it.

So to conclude, NBK was not at all justified in hitting CC in any offensive fashion.

So many ways to die, only one way to live...
