I would just like to point out that Tyr and Dict are awesome netgaining governments

15 tyrannies out of 80 countries is really not an unusual ratio at all for a clan planning to netgain. Tyrannies are great for landgrabbing after all. They also have 25 reps, which aren't really ideal if they are planning on initiating an early war.

Those 27 monarchies on the other hand... :P

From what I can see it looks like LaF are looking to netgain, but prepared for war if it comes their way.

I wonder if those republics in LaF are exploring. It's almost like there might be something about that government type that helps out all-X countries.. nah, that would make too much sense. And isn't there some part of a tyranny that helps with landgrabbing? I must be missing something, though, because according to dagga this all means ZOMG DETAH LAF KILLZ0RS!
