And Wharfed.. any city built like Las Vegas is only going to give you what you make of it. It is a city where you either go down to 1)See the sights 2) party 3) Gamble or a combination of those... if you aren't going to gamble or party then I'd say it's your fault Las Vegas is sucking :P

Hard to play EE on a fluffty internet. It wasn't my idea to come. If I had a choice I wouldn't have come in the first place. I don't like gambling very much. I have a problem with people and things being in my face. I don't drink because I don't see the point. I don't party much.

If you dont like gambling, then take in the other activities Vegas has to offer. Vegas has some of the best chefs in the world making the most variaty of cuisins. If you dont like drinking, there's plenty of places you can sit down and relax for a nice cigar or hookah bar for a smoke. Gondala at the venician, pirate show outside the Treasure Island, world class water ballet at the Bellagio, or the Roman shows at the Ceasar. You can also see the famous white tigers at the Mirage or pick up any of the Cirque de Solei shows they have (there's like 5 or 6). There's helicopter rides just off the strip, and of course vegas has the best strip clubs in the US. Shopping is always an option as there's a shopping area at every major casino, or recreational areas with arcades and carnival games.

If you dont have fun in Vegas, you might just not know where to look. I think vegas has nearly everything you can imagine (well almost everything, obviously if your a wildlife type of guy that likes hunting and fishing then...umm...not the right place). Even for the extreme guys, they have bungee jumping and sky diving. If your willing to spend, you can do whatever you want there man=)

You dont drink and doesnt like to gamble. You dont even party much if any. Your wife is a lucky woman. Cant say the same to your friends though

I actually live 5 minutes from Red Rocks in Colorado. Everything I enjoy doing can be done in Colorado(mountains + outdoors, etc.).

I have your answer- go to the gun range, get a prostitute there, if you feel like gambling, you could gamble by wrapping it up or not. This way you will have experienced everything Vegas has to offer, guns, prostitutes, gambling, disease, and you'll probably get robbed by the prostitute too. As long as your home country still takes you back you will have one hell of a memory to talk about. (One thing to remember- if you are a male, i would strongly recommend getting a female prostitute and not another male one. I have no experience with either but i thing your outcome would just be better).

Wharfed - The internet there is fluffy entirely because of CES. The carriers pour loads of temporary capacity enhancements into town, especially along the strip but it is NEVER enough. Totally hit and miss. Best bet is dedicated wired networks with restricted access and consistent contracted bandwidth (basically impossible to find). Everyone is leeching too with unauthorized access points lit up there, so wireless gets screwy.
