When I was in elementary and high school- if I was ever sick or had a snow day, I'd always watch the price is right. that was when Bob Barker was still hosting though. Last time I watched PIR (to see how Drew was doing as host), I almost threw up a little. it's just not the same.

Haha I, like general earl, would watch it when I was younger. I just happened to flip past it the other day and noticed how crappy drew was at it. I used to watch the drew carey show all the time so I was a bit disappointed!

I think Old people and house wife's dominate the 8am to 3 -4pm TV market with almost any show :p

always watched price is right on any lunch hour i was ever home, days off, sick etc. always made me angry sick when i had a day on a veteran/military holiday and the show was replaced by some war documentary. yea, those were the worst days. you get maybe 10 days through the school year to watch tpir and some war crap takes over the tv.

now you get however many days you want to watch it and everytime drew carey takes over the tv. blachhhh!

Drew has gotten better, but there is no replacement for Bob.
I was disappointed in drew how very woopdie doo he was when someone got the showcase exactly right.

I think that you are just pining for the good old days when you were ten and Bob seemed awesome. He wasn't. Drew is not either, but he's funnier.
