ford - you're doing it all wrong. You gotta build countries all round through self farming, have a bigger war alliance forbid hits on your tag, wait until your target is 75% restarts after their first war, wait until they are being killed by a second target, AND THEN hit them.

That way, you don't need as much oil for the break. Come on, man. This isn't your first rodeo. Do better.
