i know AB's deserve to win being the best team, and the frogs don't even deserve to be in the final, but you lot of kiwi fans have been such a bunch of f***wits this WC it makes it really really hard.

I think i'll settle for the AB's winning, and then will cheer against them in every game for the next 5 yrs to cover it...!! lol

It's really dissapointing because the AB's are a really great time. But kiwi fans went way over the top and ruined what could have been a brilliant WC given that usually NZ is one of the best countries in the world to visit (usually kiwis are nicer than us aussies even!)

The problem with the wallabies is fans like you dust!!!! we are ranked 2nd in the world! and lost to a brilliant team that has consistently been the best in the world for the last 4 years... we recently beat the other team in the final by 40 points!! and yet some arrogant fans sledge them because they are the 2nd best in the world.. apparently according to you that means they are "not any good"... so sad.
At least i still have some faith that you guys in christchurch aren't anything like the lot in auckland!!

Well, last year I used my previous employer to arrange for me a tour of Johannesburg with one of our subcontractors when I was going to South Africa. I then quit that job and still took the tour.

The South African gentlemen took great enjoyment out of explaining the game to me, though I am not so sure they'd have been as friendly had they known I was no longer employed.

Anyway, they certainly gave me a rudimentary education on the subject. I will simply will require Scode's services to understand some of the more esoteric rules and how specific strategies work out.

Scode could teach you a few things.

E.g. i imagine the saffas said things like "the best way to remove a player from the ruck is a quick eye gouge then a cheeky stomp". He can correct this to the kiwi method of "a quick shoulder charge off your feet".

If you wish to know the aussie method it is: "Send in David Pofluff diving head first off his feet to steal the ball and piss-bolt it away to genia for a cheeky box-kick".
