Please note that flaming a tag is ok, personal insults and personal accusations of cheating within the game are not. If you believe that anyone is breaking the in game rules report it via the in game tool or via private message and I will look at it. I don't take tag association into consideration ever when looking at the evidence. fyi I actually would have to go out of my way to see what tag a country is in.

I also don't care who broke a pact with whom or who did what with whose dog last summer or any any in game actions that are not a violation of the game rules. I'm not here to pass judgement on in game actions that do not break the rules. I"m also not here to pass judgement on anyone who ran bots 3+years ago or if angy=floyd=stewy or not. ANY issues regarding alliance server and player conduct should be brought to my attention first.

the policy for rules violations ranges anywhere from a warning to deletion to IP banning from the game depending on the severity and the individual circumstances and are handled on a case by case basis. Obviously there are ways to circumvent everything and anything given enough time and effort.

deletion does not necessarily mean you have to make a new account. Deletion can mean simply you have to restart.
Given that this is a free online game and not a government we are running it doesn't need to be any more detailed than that.
