Can a country not in GDI grab anyone in GDI in the last 6 hours of the set?

don't think so Hash. that wasn't part of the 'new' GDI rules when they were added, but it would really take Slagpit to confirm this(or someone who currently plays express)

"In the final six hours of the game, you will not be able to engage in any offensive actions against countries that have not hit you at least once."

They can only grab a GDI country if that GDI country has hit them in some way.
