It doesn't look like you'll have a problem doing that since it appears that no one is standing up to you farming them. You've hit 6 countries more than once this set and none of them has retaliated. It's almost suspicious.

Agreed. It's not possible, especially in Express. Any idiot can get more troops or tanks than you. Augment that with a ton of missiles (even if you have SDI) and your chances of winning are zilch. Too bad no one you hit seems to have any desire to fight back. It's also a shame that you never attack me more than once.
