I should have a food production of over 80k per turn but I only get 14k.
Oil is at 473 barrels per turn, as Fascism and 700 Oil Rigs built.

What's going on, what's causing this?

And population is stuck at a 40 pop per turn regain despite 10k acres and a current pop of 2000.
And a PCI of $6.48?

Right now it's unplayable, completely. I lose stuff taking turns and by all accounts I should be gaining lots, lots more than I am.

And isn't Tech per Turn supposed to be minimum 3? I have 1 per turn in mine currently.
This is in Express, btw.

At 3700 population it's STILL only +40 per turn taken.

I can't see any effects of any kind active in my country but everything is cut by about a fifth.

Your population effects production. You were prob hit with attacks and/or ops that killed most of them and it takes a while to regain them. Keep running turns while avoiding getting hit again and you'll get your production back.

So far, about 70 turn later, there's no increase in production, PCI, or food or oil production, or Spy production.
How long should that take?
