cheatz0r way to make meringues!! I see:P
For a second I was wondering why there was vinegar in a cookie recipe and then I remembered why:P
Speaking of cheating:
2 large very ripe bananas, peeled (peels should have lots of black spots)
1 cup oats
mash the bananas into very fine paste (or be extra lazy and use a blender) and then mix in the oats.
let stand for 15 minutes and then bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
Bananas are versitile:
You can make banana ice cream by simply freezing over ripe bananas and then blending them. (extra tasty if you add cocoa powder).
We need the lazy cook book:P
Having small children around is the inspiration for these things because the lazier/simpler things are, the more they can "help" and things will still work. Alternatively.. impress your friends with multiple baked treats and claim they took hours to make.

3 large egg whites
1 cup white sugar
½ teaspoon distilled white vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
Whip egg whites in a clean mixing bowl to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, vinegar, vanilla, and salt while whipping to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven until cookies are dry, 20 to 25 minutes.
