BR use to be, turn wise gs is better killer granted both have their own advantage br destroys buildings which is good to use on a casher or farmer with low stock, if lots of resources are on hand go with gs until cic return is 10 per hit them finish with br/cm

GS is good but if the country revive he still have structure compare to BR which you will have less structure i correct me if im wrong :)

Correct if they have low stock otherwise restart can rebuild for readiness unnefected.
