Smoking. yeah it sucks a fat one. I cussed out my supervisor yesterday. Got into like 85 arguements with my ol lady. Try to run everyone who cuts me off, off the road ect ect.

Any advice. I've started dipping some to help with the urges but I hate it.

Yeah I don't like the taste and it gets in my teeth ect. But i'd rather dip then break my old ass superviser in half. Or kill someone because they cut me off or look at me wrong.

I've always been kinda violent but not since i've had kids until now that i'm trying to quit smoking it's amplified by 10x.

break your old ass supervisor in half. kill them simply because they are abusing your rights by financially crippling you.

i put up with the insurance companies defining the law for 25 years. i ain't putting up with it no more, i'm not even under a policy. don't smoke in the building, the insurance company won't pay if we smoke in the building... our premiums will go thru the roof. get rid of the gawd dang insurance ya bloody morons.

i'm guessing that you're not actually trying to quit, you just use it to keep from killing the non-smokers. rampage on them, they think they're going to drop dead as soon as they see something that looks like smoke anyway.

chew lots of gum to help with the physical addiction

work or a hobby will help with the mental addiction

what are you going to do to give up the e cigarettes. chew the gum perhaps? go cold turkey?

Of cause there are sideeffects but try to pill (champix), i used that, i think its great.. but if u want to use the pill u need to want to stop also. If you stopping cause someone want you too and u dont really want, it dont help...

Na I want to stop. I was thinking about that but a guy at work was taking it and he said it made him mean as hell. He's an old guy he said he kicked a dudes ass at the gas pump because he was taking to long and got locked up lol. I heard it made you suicidal to?

Felt like i had to puke but that was for max 10 min after i took the pill.. but i also didnt need to take the pill for so long, or well i stopped cause i forgot to take the pill.

If you have the money, go to your doctor ad get a prescription for CHantix. Costs about $120 a month which is prolly less than you spend on smokes. You take it for 3 to 6 months and you're done.

I used it to quit smoking 3 1/2 years ago ad I've never smoked since. Not even one drag.

Camel Snus Frost is the best, the only thing you worry about is if the pouch tears. I always chew that and mellow, and they dont taste horrible...more like candy :P

when i was 7 my mum made me smoke a packet.... i still remember it to this day and have never smoked one since...

dunno. My gf quit cold turkey and she became quite emotional/evil for about 2 weeks and then was ok after that.

I did cold turkey when I was hospitalized from my foot surgery. Fine after day one. Then again I was so drugged up, I probably did not even realize I was having withdrawals.
