Ummm just fluffing change this one line of code. Ssh into the server, sudo nano /var/html/pathtofile.php. Problem solved.
the problems not the code change. the change has been made. it's re-minifying the output code that is the problem. the compilation code for it is gone and I can't be bothered to add a new minifier into the mess of old code that runs that UI :p
