I was adding a query logger and apparently fubared something... though I did test it out first i didn't try CMing anybody and there seemed to be alot of broken CMingness....
(i did try attacking, it worked fine... i dunno, i'll figure it out later)
reverted the code.... and reinstated & compensated countries that got hit....
