Interesting from what I'm hearing PDM were in the process of recruiting this player. If I was them I'd be interested in seeing the threats, but I got what I needed, you two are not at war... yet.

It wouldn't be much of a war anyways... everyone knows those two netting clans both suck at war.

This player retalled then came into IRC and was threatening to hit us further.

After we started the kill he told me that he had been recruited by iMag and was joining there and asked us to stop killing him. I told him to tag iMag and have their FA contact evos FA.

None of this happened clearly.

What did happen is PDM and evo were arguing over grabs in #earthempires when this all started happening. I think this guy lied to PDM and said he was only retalling and PDM took him in partially to spite Evo.

#1209 more or less FSed EVO after making numerous threats towards the whole alliance. It was not killed for "retalling".

I just think killing him before he has done anything is OTT. He could have calmed down a day after while lounging around on his extra 2k acres. And his threats may have never come to pass.

I never said he was the aggressor. He had 7 million jets and he said that he was going to suicide on EVO on no less than three different occasions. Of course EVO was going to maim and kill him before he could do additional damage.

You would do the exact same thing if LaF was the alliance being threatened. Grow up and knock off the personal insults.

The reason he didn't do additional damage was that someone destroyed around 4 million of his jets. Glad to see everyone is so informed around here.

It is not EVO's problem if the guy suicided poorly. If someone screws up their FS, the defenders don't wait around to give them a second chance.

I am sure Omega would have killed him due to the amount of stock that he gained from them he turned himself into a huge threat.

Untags have no privileges on the alliance server. This is not news. We are not the first alliance to ever kill an untag that has grabbed stock and was about to go on a grabbing spree.

All right, the next time someone who has threatened evo three times has 7 million jets and is spying random evo countries, I'll wait until he hits one of them before allowing a kill run. That way people like you won't troll on AT about it, and we certainly care more about what you think than defending our tag.
