the aim assist seems to be optional in all the FPS games that i've played, and i'm not sure that it works in multi-player anyway. i usually turn it off, if it's on.

just patch the 360 so that mouse and keyboard can be used for playing the game. if you can plugin a steering wheel and pedals for driving games, why not be able to plugin a keyboard and mouse for FPS games?

and at first glance, it looks like it'll cost me around $1500 to get a gaming laptop based on my current criteria. i won't be looking at it seriously anytime soon.

$600 should get you a decent enough gaming laptop that will work on most current games.

or build a gaming PC.....

hmm, that's around 60 Nook books. think i'll stick with the Nook books. i'm only missing out on the new PC games anyway. it's going to be very difficult for you to justify that I should spend $600 on hardware just to play 1 game. i have too much invested in xbox games. it might work for somebody who hasn't already spent money on gaming, but i'd rather spend the $600 on games that i can be fairly certain will work with my hardware. in all likely hood, i'd spend the $600 on the PC this year, then next year some game will come out that would require me to upgrade the PC just so it can be played.

it cost just under $2k + 27.99% interest for the laptop that met my criteria and might be able to play Diablo 3. assuming that they approve my application for business credit. i go get drunk now.

meh, i don't think the order is going to survive past today. i'm getting a bit tired of them refusing to give me business credit. i'll just have to quit spending money on this type of junk.

LOL. it seems that they lost my business credit application, even though they required me to fill it out in order to complete the purchase of the computer. cya bye bye computers.

minimum requirements? i played D2X on a gateway with windows 95 that i bought IN 95, and i STILL play WOW on an Acer Extensa 4420 i bought 6-7 years ago. the graphics arent near as pretty as my desktop gamer, but the game runs just fine. im quite positive d3 will probably run on it as well, but we will see come march

um, Diablo 2 LoD plays pretty good on my Inspiron Mini. i'm not entirely sure what WOW is, though i have to question anything that requires a monthly fee.
