Any grabs done to our tag will not be viewed as aggressive actions. However we will play the game by these rules except for tag N which will be strictly all-x.

Top10s retal policy is as follows:

If it's a simple land grab we will retal 1:1
If you topfeed we will retal to 80% of our land.

If you make 2 grabs on our tag in 48hrs we may roll the dice on your ass because we won't put up with no fluff.

If you don't like our policy don't land grab our tag as most of the tag is all-x.

Sparta would like to remind people that we are a war tag first and netting tag second. Secondly we are comprised of a bunch of assholes who are really bored.

So,

1:1 topfeed we retal to 120% of the land back (yes more then the 80% for being a punk)
2: We roll a 6 sided dice and hit that many times
3: farm + missile dump
4: war

Please note that this policy is subject to change with out warning based on the moods of KC, Azn, Eric, Gains or, Buch. So hitting during drinking hours or during sporting events might result in an unfavorable result. Flattery does go a long way.

We are warmongers (ok gains pretends to be a netter some days) so, tread lightly. We do carry a big stick :P

The Elders would like to welcome all of the new teams to the server. We are a very welcoming team as long as you don't step onto our property. We have a fence... no sidewalk and no gate at this house. Consider us the grumpy old guy on the porch in his rocking chair with a shotgun cradled on his lap. He's polishing it so that it looks really good on the news for after he shoots an intruder in the kneecap for trying to get some of his seasalt taffy.

Just remember... you will decide whether we make the news or not.

This set we have decided to be a bit more lenient because of all the new tags... so here it is:

1:farm (or whatever we feel like)
2:kill your country and probably your tag.

We are a war team. We war every set and have no problems with making enemies. So if you like to keep your countries, just move along and grab from someone else.

1:1 for attacks against, providing it's only one.

1:2 for the next hit within 72 hours

1:4 for the third hit in 72 hours

Destroy what you have after that.

DBD hopes not to need a formal retal policy in place and politely asks everyone to look elsewhere for their land.

A policy will be created if our request to be left alone is rudely ignored and we are forced to perform retals.
